2 - FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The terms of sale mentioned hereafter apply to all of the orders and prevail over any other stipulation. The orders placed over the server commit the customer as of confirmation of the order by our customer service department and its payment. The customer acknowledges having become fully aware, when placing the order, of the general terms of sale and expressly declares their acceptance without reservation. Placement of an order by the customer, confirms his full and entire acceptance of the general terms of sale, only applicable to the order.

3 - ORDERS
GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. confirms acceptance of the customer's order via one of the following methods: electronic mail, post, telephone or fax. The sale will only be concluded as of confirmation of the order by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for any reason, involving in particular the supply of products, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be carried out. GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. will notify the customer via any means. Any new order may only occur after regular payment by the customer of the sums due according to his previous orders. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centres concerned have given their approval. Only full payment of the price indicated confirms the order placed by the customer. The photographs illustrating the products do not enter in the contractual field (non-contractual photos). The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of information provided by the manufacturers, distributors or figuring on the packaging and/or on the operating instructions. If errors are reported, in no circumstances, may the liability of GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. be incurred. Please notify us by email (info@generalfishing.it) in order to remedy this within the best time limits. For further information, refer to the HELP and AFTER-SALES sections

4 - PRICE
The prices invoiced are those in force at the time of the order, GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. may modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Payment of the order is payable in advance via bank card, or international transfer.

5 - TAXES
Orders and deliveries to be carried out on European Union territory are subjected to the VAT in force in Italy at the time of entering the order. For certain countries that are not part of the European Union, a customs duty may be requested by the local authorities on receipt of your order. This customs duty is never included in the sum of the order.

6 - DELIVERY CHARGES
Certain products may be sold without delivery charges payable by the customer. Delivery charges may be applied below a minimum sum fixed by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. The sum of the delivery charges may be connected to the place of delivery and be different if it concerns Italy,the European Union or the rest of the world. Reimbursement of the return carriage when it is paid by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L., may in no circumstances exceed the sum of the delivery charges incurred for dispatching the product which is returned

7 - PAYMENT
Payment is only in Euros, as of the order, net and without discount. You may pay for your order by Paypal or by international transfer. Your order is only considered effective on receipt of the payment. In the event of non-payment, GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. will not take the order into account.

8 - TRANSACTION SECURITY
The information that you supply during the payment by PayPal passes through the Internet securely. At no time shall we have access to this data.

9 - RECEIPT OF GOODS
The goods travel at the customer's risk, reservations are indicated to the transport company. Always check the contents of your parcel on receipt. In the event of damages make precise and written reservations on the transport company's delivery slip. Failing this, no complaint and request for reimbursement shall be accepted by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L.. No return of goods shall be possible without previous contact by email (info@generalfishing.it), so that GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. informs the customer on the conditions and on the exact goods return address. Returning the goods is mandatorily at the customer's expense and may only concern goods that remain unaltered and in their original packaging. No goods may be exchanged before being returned to the premises of GENERAL FISHING S.R.L.

10 - WARRANTIES
The goods delivered are guaranteed by the manufacturer against any hidden defect. In no circumstances shall GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. provide superior warranty than that provided by the manufacturer.

11 - RIGHT OF REVOCATION
In virtue of article L121-20 the customer shall have a period of seven working days as of delivery of his order to return the goods to GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. for exchange, reimbursement or credit, without penalties with the exception of delivery charges.
No return of goods shall be possible without previous contact by email (info@generalfishing.it ), so that GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. informs the customer on the conditions and on the exact goods return address.
The customer must return the goods undamaged, in their original packaging.

12 - FORCE MAJEURE
It shall not be possible to render GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. liable for any breach to its contractual obligations due to cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, fires, floods, natural disasters or other, this list not being exhaustive.

13 - RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price. The simple delivery of a payment authorisation does not constitute a payment. In the event of non-payment in full, GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. will have the right to demand immediate restitution of the goods sold. The charges which may be incurred for collecting the sums due, capital and interests, and the charges which may be incurred for restitution of the goods sold, are payable by the customer.

14 - COMPUTER AND FREEDOMS LAW
In accordance with the computer and freedoms law of 6 January 1978 (article 27), the customer has the right to access and correct the data that concerns him, retained by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. Through us, the information concerning the customer may be transmitted to third-parties. The customer may thus receive offers from other companies. If he does not desire this, he must let us know by letter.

15 - DISPUTES
Any order placed involves adherence by the customer, and without any restriction, to the General Terms of Sale of GENERAL FISHING S.R.L.. Any disagreement relating to the sale shall be governed by Italy law. The present terms of sale can be changed at any time and without prior notice.

Delivery
The delivery of a product ordered on http://www.fisherbagstore.it will be carried out by the transport company DPD and its subsidiaries. Delivery is made to the address indicated on the delivery slip, carefully filled in by the purchaser. The delivery address must mandatorily be a physical address (no./street). GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. is exempt from liability for any breach to its contractual obligations in the hypothesis of a force majeure or unforeseen circumstance, including, but without being limited to, disasters, fires, internal or external strikes, internal or external malfunctions or breakdowns, and in general any event that does not permit the proper fulfilment of the orders. The goods always travel at the risk and perils of the consignee. Always check the contents of your parcel on receipt. In the event of damages make precise and written reservations on the transport company's delivery slip. Failing this, no complaint and request for reimbursement shall be accepted by GENERAL FISHING S.R.L.. For reasons of non-availability (out of stock, end of production, etc.) an order may be delivered several times to the customer who shall only pay a shop's delivery charges once. If the customer desires several places of delivery, he must place as many orders with the connected delivery charges. In the event of late delivery, in no circumstance shall GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. be rendered liable. Consequently, no cancellation request, refusal of goods or claim for damages and interest may be demanded by the customer. GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. is released from its delivery obligation for any case of unforeseen circumstance or force majeure. As a guide, fires, total or partial strikes and floods are cases of force majeure. These delivery conditions can be changed at any time and without prior notice.

After-sales service
Technical goods have the advantage of the general manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing fault or hidden defect. The wear and tear and aging due to normal operation of the goods, abnormal wear and tear resulting from incorrect use, poor maintenance or dismantling by the customer or by a third party of these goods are systematically excluded from the warranty. The final invoice is proof of a warranty card. After approval from GENERAL FISHING S.R.L. the customer must mandatorily send, at his expense, the faulty goods accompanied with the final invoice. These delivery conditions can be changed at any time and without prior notice.
